Mariam is an accomplished professional vocalist with over 20 years of performance experience and more than a decade of dedicated teaching practice since 2014. A graduate of the prestigious London School of Musical Theatre, she built her early career on the vibrant London cabaret circuit before relocating to Oxted, where she continues to perform extensively across the UK.
Her diverse career spans work with a wide range of professional ensembles, including vintage vocal trio The Lovettes and close-harmony group The Whiskey Sours, as well as appearances with the touring theatre production Classic Rock Revival, performing at festivals and venues nationwide.
Mariam is also an experienced recording artist, having provided backing vocals for The Karma Effect on their charting album Promised Land, which reached No. 19 in the UK charts.
As a vocal coach, she specialises in contemporary singing styles and is especially passionate about audition preparation, helping singers refine their technique, build vocal confidence, and deliver compelling, emotionally engaging performances.
